Broth (bone, veg, or chicken)

Heavy cream or milk

Basil (fresh or dried)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine tomatoes, onions, red bell pepper and lots of garlic with olive oil on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Season veggies: sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning or dried basil. - Roast your veggies – Cook at about 375/400 degrees for 20–25 mins depending on your oven.
- Transfer to a soup pot add about 1/4 cup bone broth and about 1/4 cup of heavy cream or milk and fresh or dried basil.
- Blend with an immersion blender or in a blender until smooth. Top with fresh basil.
Tips & Advice
Tastes WAY better than canned soup. Good way to use up any leftover veggies you have on hand!
