Ingredients

Egg yolk

Stone ground mustard
2 tbsp
Olive oil
1/4 cup
Garlic
3–4 cloves
Juice
half a lemon
White anchovies (drained)
3 oz can
Parm cheese
1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp

Instructions

Add to a blender and blend until smooth, about 2–3 mins.

Tips & Advice

Homemade dressing is always better.

Salad: grilled steak, romaine, sweet peppers. Top with dressing & fresh black pepper. Enjoy!
