Organic Pasture-Raised Eggs

Cottage Cheese

Salt
to taste (½ tsp)
Black pepper
to taste (⅓ tsp)
Garlic powder
2 tsp
Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine 10–12 eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, a few pinches of pepper, salt to your preference, and I like adding a decent amount of garlic powder, about 2 tsp.
  3. Mix this together in a large bowl and transfer to muffin tin with a large spoon or ladle.
  4. Optional: top w/ shredded cheese
  5. Add in an oven safe dish below your egg bites with 2 cups of water in it so it helps “steam” the egg bites
  6. Bake at 350 for about 15–20 mins. Let them cool fully, then transfer to a glass container for the week.
Tips & Advice

Don’t overbake: pull them when the centers are just set. They’ll firm up more as they cool.
