Ingredients
Greek yogurt
½ cup per jar
Flavored protein powder
2 scoops per jar
Unflavored whey protein
2–3 scoops
Unflavored collagen powder
to preference
Instructions
- I measured out 2 scoops of your favorite flavored protein powder for each jar you prepare. I used about 1/2 cup Greek yogurt per jar.
- Mix together in a large bowl with a whisk or use an electric hand mixer / kitchen aid mixer.
- Optional: add 2–3 scoops of raw grass fed whey protein that is unflavored or some unflavored collagen powder to (thicken & make it creamier)
Tips & Advice
Top with granola, fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
