Ingredients
Tomatillos
9 medium
White onion
1 medium
Serrano peppers
2–3 (to taste)
Fresh cilantro
1 bunch (about 1 cup loosely packed)
Lime juice
2–3 limes (about ¼ cup)
Sea salt
1 tsp (plus more to taste)
Raw onion
¼ cup
Instructions

Husk and rinse tomatillos.

Char tomatillos, onion, and serrano peppers in a hot pan or on a grill (6–8 min).

Blend charred veggies with cilantro, lime juice, and salt until mostly smooth.

Stir in chopped raw onion.

Taste and adjust salt/lime.
Tips & Advice
It was my first time making it. Next time I think I need to get more of a char on the veggies & use my food processor vs a blender. But it still turned out really yummy!
