Ingredients
Chicken Breasts or Thighs

Green Apple, Peeled and Chopped
1 apple
Celery Stalks
2–3 chopped stalks
Red Onion
1/2 chopped
Organic Greek Yogurt
4–5 tablespoons
Splash of Apple Cider Vinegar
about 1–2 teaspoons, to taste
Juice of 1 lime
1 lime
Stone-Ground Mustard
3 tablespoons
Sea salt, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
- Boil 3–4 chicken breasts or thighs.
- While the chicken is boiling, prepare:
1 green apple, peeled & chopped
2–3 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped - In a large bowl mix up:
4–5 big spoonfuls of organic Greek yogurt
Splash of apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
3 tbsp stone ground mustard - Mix all together.
- Season with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper. Mix this all up.
- Once chicken is shredded and cooled down, combine it with the dressing in a large bowl and add all chopped ingredients.
Tips & Advice
It’s delicious in a wrap, as a sandwich, alone, or on top of greens.
You can sub 1/2 Greek yogurt and 1/2 avocado oil mayo if you prefer!
