Avocado
1 ripe
Hard-Boiled Eggs

2 tbsp, finely diced
Lemon Juice

Salt & Pepper

Sourdough Bread
2 slices, toasted
Instructions
1. Halve the avocado, remove pit, and scoop into a bowl. Mash lightly with a fork.
2. Peel and chop hard-boiled eggs, then add to the bowl with avocado. Mash together until combined but still slightly chunky.
3. Stir in diced onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Toast sourdough slices until golden.
5. Spread the avocado-egg mash generously over toast and serve immediately.

- Add chili flakes or hot sauce for spice.
- Top with fresh herbs (parsley, chives, cilantro) for extra flavor.
- Use multi-grain or seeded bread for more texture and nutrients.
